ITINERARY
DAY 1 The real enduro adventure begins.
The day begins with a hotel pick up and transfer to Mae Win, located two hours South of Chiang Mai. We will travel up a steep dirt road, through a Karen village and to the peaceful monastery, hidden deep in the forest and little known to outsiders. This is where our real enduro adventure starts.
We will be riding up a steep mountain then riding downhill via a mix of double and single tracks with the beautiful view of Op Khan and Mae Wang National Park below. This part of the ride will be quite challenging on the uphill, however there is plenty of time to rest, take photos and keep refreshed.
We will stop at a lovely Karen village for lunch, here you can chat to the locals who are always keen to see foreigners and are amazingly friendly. Then our favorite part begins; kilometer after kilomter of fast and flowing singletrack. It feels like a roller coaster as you twist and turn your way down the forested hills to the valley below. We eventually reach civilization and end the ride at Wat Mae Mood.
From here we will drive to the accommodation for the night, a cosy hillside resort with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. After a hearty dinner, refreshments and chat with group members you will be guaranteed a comfortable night’s sleep.
DAY 2 Morning mountain mist, steep climb and fun descent to the river.
If you’re an early bird, be sure to wake up for the amazing sunrise views. Enjoy a breakfast with refreshing air and the morning mist of the mountain rising up. Riding starts just after Luang Khun Win Temple with the trail mainly on single track that used to be passageway for villagers’ vehicles long ago which is now cluttered with vegetation. This first short section will include a steep climb, big ruts a meter wide before reaching the top. So, you better be switched on!
Then we will be descending to the river and continue on our all mountain riding (mostly downhill) through dense forest. We will also be riding across many water ways and local farmlands. The trails are a good test and combine a wide variety of terrain to test your skills. When reaching the finish point refreshments will be ready to celebrate the end of the riding. On the way back to Chiang Mai we will take you for a nice Thai/International dinner along the way. This two day mountain biking tour in Chiang Mai concludes at the airport or at your accommodation in town (accommodation not included for the 2nd night).

SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT
The sleeping arrangements are for double rooms (1 big bed) or twin-share (2 single beds). If you are a solo rider you will be paired up with someone of the same sex, in this case you will not need to pay the single room supplement. Single room supplement adds 1000 Baht per night.
